What are Packages?

A Package is a pre-saved collection of commonly notarized document types and their corresponding notarial acts. Instead of manually adding each document type and notarial act during a journal entry, you can select a Package, and the app will auto-fill all the details for you.

Creating your first Package is easy. After filling out the document types and notarial acts the first time, click “Save as Package”. Give it a name you can remember.

Next time you notarize the same set of documents, you can click “Load a package” and the document types and notarial acts will auto-fill, saving you time.

To manage your packages, you can also visit “Menu”, click “Manage packages” under “Journal”, and create new packages, edit existing ones, and remove outdated ones.
